If you are reading this, you are probably trying to send a card.
2050cards relies on WhatsApp to send you your cards. Unfortunately, Meta (WhatsApp) has just blocked our account unexpectedly. This is likely due to high volume around Easter that Meta has flagged as a warning but it is not straightforward to resolve as WhatsApp is a huge company that is not easy to get hold of. We are a small business and therefore not yet at the stage where we can have a dedicated account manager at WhatsApp to make sure that this sort of thing doesn't happen.
This is highly frustrating and concerning for us as a business, especially knowing that our customers, including you, rely on us to be able to send instant cards.
We are extremely sorry about this and are doing what we can to get up and running again as soon as possible. At this stage, we are unsure when that will be. We have emailed WhatsApp support, making the case for why our account should be reactivated, and been told that it can take up to 48 hours to get a response (the email was sent at 4pm on Saturday 19th).
