Can I customise my card?

Yes. You insert a 140 character message inside your card. You will be asked to do this when you get to checkout.

How long does it take for my card to arrive?

Your card will be delivered to you via email and WhatsApp within 15 minutes of us receiving your order.

How will you send me my card?

We will deliver your card to you via email and by WhatsApp.

Can I use emojis in my card?

At the moment we do not support the use of emojis in cards. If you have used an emoji it will just appear as a space when your card is produced. We feel that the text inside the card feels more sincere without emojis but we could be wrong. Get in touch if you’d like to see emojis enabled for

Can I send my card to multiple people?

Yes. We deliver the ecard to you as a video so you can send it to as many people as you like.

How do I send my card via WhatsApp?

Once you have received your card via WhatsApp or email we recommend saving it to your phone and then uploading it into a WhatsApp conversation with the recipient. This way the card will not have the ‘forwarded’ label attached to it.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We take credit and debit card payments, as well as PayPal.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data will not be sent to third parties and is encypted using a secure server.

Can I send cards to any country?

Yes, you can send your card to anyone with an email address or WhatsApp.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

A receipt will be emailed to the email address you provide when purchasing.
