Yes. You provide the recipients first name which goes on the front of the card. And write a personal message inside your card.
About 3 minutes in total. It should take about 2 minutes for you to get the ‘opt-in’ message confirming we’ve got the right phone number, asking for you to respond (anything will do, like “ok” or “send me my cards”). Once you have responded you will receive your cards. During busy periods (such as Christmas eve) there can be significant delays (up to 2 hours) but be relaxed, your cards will arrive!
We will deliver your card to you via WhatsApp.
Go to your account and edit your billing address. Your cards will be delivered to this phone number so it has to be a mobile number with a WhatsApp account.
At the moment we do not support the use of emojis in cards. Like the poets of old you’ll have to rely on words alone. It was good enough for Shakespeare so have a go, you can do it.
Once you have received your card via WhatsApp, we recommend saving it to your phone and then uploading it into a WhatsApp conversation with the recipient. This way the card will not have the ‘forwarded’ label attached to it.
We take credit and debit card payments using Stripe’s payment processing platform, as well as PayPal.
Your data will not be sent to third parties and is encypted using a secure server.
Yes, you can send your card to anyone with WhatsApp on their phone.
A receipt will be emailed to the email address you provide when purchasing.
