Here are some common queries we receive

My card hasn't arrived, what do I do?

You should receive your card inside the 2050cards app within 5-minutes of ordering it. During busy periods it can take up to 30 minutes. Please make sure you press on 'Your Cards' inside the app to see your cards.

My login code has not arrived?

If you have not received your code, please try again and make sure you enter your number following the structure in the guide (without the + or country code) and make sure you choose your country from the drop down. If the code is still not arriving, check your archive messages.

How do I edit my card?

Every 2050card is custom made. If you need to make a change, order a new card from the website or app and you'll have the new one 5 mins later. 

How long does it take for my card to arrive?

Your card should be delivered to you via WhatsApp within 5 minutes of us receiving your order. On busy days it can take longer. If it has been more than 30 minutes please contact support.

How will you send me my card?

We will deliver your card to you inside the 2050cards app. If you open the app you will see a button called 'Your Cards'. That is where your cards will be delivered.

How do I send my card via WhatsApp?

Once you have received your card inside the 2050cards app you can go to Your Cards and then press the send button. Choose WhatsApp and send your card directly. 

Can I send my cards via Facebook Messenger?

Yes. You can send your cards via any instant messaging service including Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, iMessage, Telegram and Signal, or even as an email attachment. 

Once the card is in your app your can send it on any platform.

Can I send my cards via iMessage?

Yes. You can send your cards via any instant messaging service including Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, iMessage, Telegram and Signal, or even as an email attachment.

Can I send my card to multiple people?

Yes you can send a card to as many people as you like. In most situations we would encourage you to create a new card for each person so that it feels more personal. But the choice is yours.

Can I send cards to any country?

Yes, you can send your card via email, WhatsApp, Messenger, Signal, iMessage or whichever messaging platform you prefer.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription in the My Account section of the website.
