💌 Return Eligibility

– You can request a return within 30 days of purchase.
– We accept return requests for change of mind, technical issues, or incorrect items.
– Refunds are only applicable if the personlised card is not as ordered.

🚚 How to Request a Return

   2. We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
   3. Once approved, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

🔁 Exchanges

If you received the wrong digital card or experienced a technical issue, we’ll resend the correct one free of charge.

💳 Refunds

– Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
– You’ll receive a confirmation once your refund is processed.
– Depending on your bank, it may take 3–10 days to appear in your account.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

– Personalized or custom cards cannot be returned unless there is a technical fault or error on our part.
– Gift cards are non-refundable.
